This section of Southern RI shoreline is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and other water activities. The small village of Matunuck includes local businesses that are all in walking distance of the cottages, including a small grocery store and deli, two restaurants that feature live music, pizza place, surf shop and an ice cream parlor.

The town of South Kingstown has many popular attractions that are only a short drive from the cottages. Theatre by the Sea is an area favorite for Broadway quality musicals. Whaler's Brewery is a town favorite featuring their locally crafted beer in a great space with games and plenty of seating. The area is full of great restaurants, many that feature fresh local seafood!
