We do not. We ask that our guests provide their own towels and bedding - this includes beach towels, bath towels, sheets & blankets/quilts.

For those interested we do provide linen rentals at an additional cost.

Guests staying at the cottages are asked to provide their own linens, including:

We are happy to provide the following starter pack for our guests :

• 1 Roll of Paper Towels

• Dish soap & sponge

Guests are responsible for supplying their own additional supplies should they require more during their stay.

Yes! All beach front cottages are provided direct beach access.

For all non-beach front cottages (Bungalow, Barnacle & Pond House) we provide a parking pass to the South Kingstown Town Beach. This beach along with East Matunuck State Beach are free to those walking on.

We do not supply chairs or umbrellas for the beach.

We do provide seating options for the decks, as well as an umbrella.

NEW THIS YEAR we will have window AC units in the following houses : Pond House, Bungalow, Sunnyside & Barnacle

Ocean Star, Trestles, Buena Vista & Triplets will remain without AC

All cottages have a lock box on the property for an easy self check-in.

The location of the box and the code to open it for the key will be given when the house is ready for you to check-in.

If check-in is guaranteed for 3pm you will not receive the code until almost 3pm once the cleaning and final check has been completed.

How to open the lock box to get the key :

- Manually spin number to line up code along the middle line

- Press down small black button to the left of the numbers

- Pressing down the button will release the box to open - pull the box open towards you.

- The easiest approach is to use two hands - one to press the black button and the other to pull the box open via the ledge under the numbers.

- The lock box is to store the key only
