We do not. We ask that our guests provide their own towels and bedding - this includes beach towels, bath towels, sheets & blankets/quilts. For those interested we do provide linen rentals at an additional cost.

LINENS Guests staying at the cottages are asked to provide their own linens, including: Beach Towels Bath Towels Hand/Kitchen Towels Bedding - sheets & blankets PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE We are happy to provide the following starter pack for our guests : 1 Roll of Paper Towels Dish soap & sponge Hand Soap Toilet Paper (1-2 rolls) Trash bag Coffee filters Guests are responsible for supplying their own additional supplies should they require more during their stay.

Yes! All beach front cottages are provided direct beach access. For all non-beach front cottages (Bungalow, Barnacle & Pond House) we provide a parking pass to the South Kingstown Town Beach. This beach along with East Matunuck State Beach are free to those walking on.

We do not supply chairs or umbrellas for the beach. We do provide seating options for the decks, as well as an umbrella.

NEW THIS YEAR we will have window AC units in the following houses : Pond House, Bungalow, Sunnyside & Barnacle Ocean Star, Trestles, Buena Vista & Triplets will remain without AC

The following are our dog friendly cottages : Bungalow Barnacle Pond House Buena Vista The Triplets * a fee of $100 will be added to your stay to accommodate additional cleaning expenses

Our beach front cottages sit on a small section of the Rhode Island shoreline in Matunuck. The beach has a shore break which is ideal for swimming but not for riding waves. There are however multiple off shore wave breaks accessible from the beach for those looking to surf. South Kingstown Town Beach is located approximately a quarter mile from the cottages. There is a fee for parking but there is no cost for those walking on to the beach. The beach offers a small pavilion with bathrooms and showers. It has a similar shore break to the section of beach in front of the cottages. All non-beach front cottage guests (Pond House, Bungalow & Barnacle) will receive a parking pass for their stay. Access to East Matunuck State Beach is located approximately 0.7 miles from the cottages. There is a boardwalk that goes down to the beach and it is free when you walk on. Parking for this beach is further away (4.5 miles) and you are required to pay. This beach has a full pavilion with playground, snack shack and bathrooms. The waves break further from shore and would therefore be the best choice for those looking to body surf or boogie board.

If you are traveling at odd hours, very late or very early it is best to arrange scheduled pick up/drop off services.

Our cottages are located in the center of Matunuck with easy access to the following local businesses : - Matunuck Surf Shop - The Pub in Matunuck (bar, restaurant & live music) - The Ocean Mist (bar, restaurant & live music) - Matunuck Pizza Pie Company - Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - Seaview Market (great deli sandwiches!) - Carpenter's Farm Stand - Theatre by the Sea

The Pub in Matunuck is made up of three sections - inside The Pub, the middeck overlooking the ocean and the rooftop deck above. Our cottages closest to The Pub are Ocean Star, Trestles, Buena Vista with Sunnyside just on the other side of Buena Vista. All surrounding cottages share a set of stairs down to the beach which is located on the middeck of The Pub. The Pub is not a rowdy bar by any means however it is a bar that closes at 1am. If you are looking for a quieter location we suggest the following cottages : Bungalow, Barnacle, Pond House & Triplets.
